Policy Summary
You are eligible to enroll in Short Term Disability coverage at competitive group rates. This coverage provides a benefit equal to 60% (40% for NJ) of your weekly earnings to a maximum of $1,500 per week. Benefits begin on the after 14 days (7 for NJ) of your disability and continue for 24 weeks or until you’re no longer disabled.
